- Initiated 800 players into golf including 300 children and 10-year-old Ojaswini who excelled in the US Kids European and US Championships.
- Organised the ‘Golf Orientation Program’ for the onboarding of the 1550 new members.
- Increased the pro-shop sales with demo-days of new products of Callaway and TaylorMade.
- Organised the annual MGR Golf Cup for 100 participants between the age of 3 and 79.
- Saved the treasury approximately 45,000 dollars annually in public funds with the successful facility bid.

Director of the Golf Academy
Responsible for the coaching of 5000 members at this 18 hole championship golf course.
Conducted golf improvement programs for 700 members, guests, ladies, children, senior citizens, national team players, professionals, beginners and caddies.
- Organized 6 Junior Golf Championships for children between age 3 and 18 with 600 competitors.
- Led the Netsmartz Tigers Team to victory in the Inaugural JLPL Chandigarh Golf Club League.
- Sourced sponsorship for the Inaugural Chandigarh Golf Club League directly benefiting the club 30,000 dollars.

Golf Coach
Responsible for teaching and promoting golf to the 2500 members and public. Reporting to the President.
- Coached 75 golfers of all levels; adults, ladies, children, seniors, professional and amateur team players.
- Developed, planned and coordinated the competitive golf schedules of championship players and juniors .
- Advised and monitored proper irrigation timings of the greens to optimize water usage and reduce wastage.
GREATER MOHALI AREA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (GMADA)
Led the startup and completion of one of India’s largest stand-alone driving range and clubhouse.
- Organised the Inauguration Ceremony by the Deputy Chief Minister with 500 members and guests.
- Launched 500 new memberships including their selection and onboarding.
- Startup of the driving range, academy, coaching, pro shop, golf maintenance, bar and restaurant, functions, party lawns, swimming pool and gymnasium.
